We ship to all 50 US states, plus DC, Puerto Rico, and US territories. Orders placed Monday–Friday are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Standard domestic delivery usually takes 3–7 business days from ship date.
Free shipping is available on orders over $150 within the continental United States. For orders under $150, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We use USPS Priority Mail and UPS for domestic shipments.
We ship to 50+ countries worldwide. International orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
International orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are collected by your local customs office or courier upon delivery.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view your order status by logging into your account or contacting our support team. We take great care in packaging your collectibles. All orders are double-boxed with bubble wrap and appropriate packing materials to protect items during transit. High-value orders receive additional reinforcement. Our team has shipped over 100,000 booster packs and has refined our packing process to ensure your items arrive in the same condition they left our warehouse.
